Prosperity and abundance are a state of mind and of being. I learned that if I expect success, opportunities for success will come my way or appear to me, and if I ACT on those opportunities, the success usually comes as well. There are also subconscious beliefs that can set us up for failure as well as success. Deep set beliefs that “I am not worthy of success,” or “I don’t deserve to keep this,” or “I don’t really care about money and abundance, I just want to earn enough to live on,” will all give you what you say, and when that happens one may wonder why they are not having prosperity even though they work hard to earn more. We all deserve to have all the abundance that we want, the problem for most people is that they were trained to believe that they are not capable or don’t deserve abundance by those who were their mentors growing up. We all have thoughts that were conditioned early in our youth. Some of those thoughts are self-inhibiting, and if we are to achieve more than we have in the past, some of those habitual thoughts need to be overridden and replaced by new thought habits that empower us to grow. That can be done by practicing thinking and saying what we want as if it already happened. These are called affirmations or positive self-talk statements that concentrate on our goals and dreams. If we make this kind of positive self-talk a habit, we will experience more and more success and abundant living than if “we keep doing what we always did.” Which is also the definition of INSANITY: if we “keep doing what we always did, expecting different results.”
COMPASSION
COMPASSION
We need compassion for people. If someone seems grouchy or nasty, they are not bad people, they are just people who have had their hearts broken. What we must do it learn how to listen to others without judging them. Everyone is a good person or wants to be, even if their behavior is not liked by many of the people that make their acquaintance. People build up shells of protection around themselves because they have felt hurt in the past. Once they know that you care enough to listen to them, they often open up to you and let you know their real feelings. Once they know they can trust you, you can help them.
THERE IS NO PIE
There is enough abundance on the planet for every person to have more than they need to be as comfortable as they want to be. We have been conditioned to think in lack and limitation. The limitations are man made, driven by the egos of those who fear that if they don’t have more than the rest of us, there will not be enough to go around, and they will not get their piece of the pie. The pie doesn’t exist. There is no pie. There is plenty for all of us. The creative mind can lead us to abundance of all kinds. We just have to let go and trust and not be clogged up mentally and emotionally with fear and thoughts of lack and limitation. With thoughts of abundance and recognizing what you would love to be doing with your time, you can discover your purpose in life. Then you can move in the direction of accomplishing that purpose. This can be done on a daily basis, one step at a time. While in the process of moving in the direction of your purpose, you can experience the Presence of Higher Energy. You can feel the love and peace and bliss which is heaven.
WHAT MOTIVATES ME?
Whatever you want, you can have if you ask for it.
“gimmee moooooneeeeyy”
what do you want to do with the moneeeeyyyy???
Spend it on all the good toys I can buy.
Why do you want the toys?
So I can say that I am rich and can show people I can afford them.
What good does that do?
It is an incentive for others to get rich for the same reason.
And how does that make you feel when you buy one of these toys like a Ferrari?
It makes me feel great.
For how long?
Good question. For a few days at least until all my friends have seen it and I have become a star to them. And after that how do you feel?
No different than before.
How did you feel before?
Sometimes good sometimes not so good.
why not so good? —- whats the point?
I guess we must ask ourselves when we set financial goals is what is the real overall purpose of that goal. I would imagine a goal of Bill Gates and Warren Buffet to put an end to aids in Africa and in other poor countries through the Gates Foundation makes them feel real good about themselves on an ongoing basis. I bet it makes them feel better when they see the results of their efforts bringing happiness and relief to those who are sick with the terrible disease. They put their fortunes together to do what governments have not been able to do.
Ask yourself, are my goals just about me or are they about how I can help make the world a better place?
THERE IS ENOUGH FOR ALL OF US
Is there enough for all of us? Yes there is. Is there enough for us to have all that we want? Yes there is. Then why don’t we all have all that we want? Because we don’t believe that it is possible. We have been taught that if someone has more, we have less. That there are just so many pieces of the pie, and then there is no more pie. There is enough money, wealth, assets, commodities, food, water, energy, for all humans to have more than enough to be comfortable. Why don’t we all have all that we want and need? Because we have been trained and disciplined by those who want more, and who believe that we are all in competition for these assets, that there is not enough to go around. They believe and have trained us to believe that if you have the power, then you are to benefit, and without that power, you are at the mercy of those that do.
Tell that to Elton John when he wrote his first hit song. Tell that to Paul McCartney. Tell that to Pablo Picasso who lived his dream every day. Tell that to Bill Gates when he started a little company called Microsoft, or Michael Dell who started putting together computers while still in college. These people followed their dreams and created personal wealth and wealth for the people who invested in them. Many thousands of jobs were created by these people as a result of them following their passions.
The only people we have to concern ourselves with who play the power game of lack and control are the politicians. Many of the politicians are parasites who live off the backs of the people who pay their taxes to support the spending of these politicians. These parasites create laws to control the very people and their companies who are responsible for the millions of jobs in the country and the world.
What is the solution to having what we want? Find out what it is that, when we are doing it, gives us joy and enthusiasm. Find something which gives us the passion to keep doing it. Keep doing it until you get better and better at it. Then make sure that by offering this to others it further serves those who receive it. You will be a part of the solution of spreading the wealth and happiness in the world.
Please do not become a politician unless it is to overturn a system, that is so clogged with a corruption of uselessness, and free it up again to serve the people it was designed to serve. Otherwise you will be a part of the problem and not the solution.
So here is the solution. Find your dream and follow it. Use it to serve others in helping them or adding joy to their lives. Vote for someone who is not a politician and who wants to truly represent the people. Maintain a happy and positive attitude that all will work out well. God is in control, and He has ways to make things work that we don’t have a clue about. Just be grateful for whatever you can and focus on that gratitude.
A LEADER
What is a leader? How does one lead? A leader knows what he/she wants, and has a plan to achieve it. A leader is determined to achieve these goals. Enthusiasm about moving toward a desired outcome is the energy that attracts others to follow or support a leader. A leader has to have integrity, and that integrity is noticed by everyone. A leader does not think, “What’s in this for me,” but “how can I help others achieve what they want.” Operating from contribution rather than survival is recognized by those who choose to follow the lead of someone who is determined to get things done. A leader respects himself and equally respects others, showing consideration and kindness and at the same time, avoids letting users walk all over him. He does not let crybabies and professional victims waste his time. He will teach a man to fish rather than put a fish on his plate. A real leader will not do everything for everyone, but will teach those who want to learn how to do things themselves. Some people might not like him, but that’s OK because he is not worried about polls or public opinion as much as he wants to do the right thing according to his conscience. He feels that an others’ opinion of him is none of his business. I guess this would leave out 90% of our congress. Being a leader is not hard to do if one sticks to his/her principles. Nuff sedd
